Add an option to export query results to a CSV file with column names #16

Query results can be exported to a CSV file via the "Actions/Save result (CSV) to file" button/dropdown menu. However, there is no option to include a header row containing the names of the columns, so when it is needed, it has to be added to the exported file manually.
