Analyze use/setting of remote userid panel field #10

After #7, the code is populating the remote userid field, which, if not cleared, leads to a "Conflict" error if a NETRC is in use. It's not obvious if this variable is being used for a default HLQ on a remote z/OS system. Research is needed to see why this field is being populated on the panel and how is it used when a NETRC is specified.

Also check prefix for remote system. We may have to carry a remote prefix field as well as a remote userid field.

That is what the userid was used for on the main panel

this solves the issue in panel FTPB

if using netrc one could read the netrc file for the remote userid but I never did that
