We should allow users to set a Category when uploading content. For YT sync, we can pull this directly from the youtube api.

Can this be free form, or locked down to a set of categories? If we want to use YT's categories, can find the list here: https://developers.google.com/youtube/v3/docs/videoCategories/list (region specific)

Discussed with Jeremy and he said category should be a special type of tag, closing for #16
