This happens after a channel is synced and then picked up by another server quickly. Not sure what status to put them in the automated resets. Should be handled better.

This is happening more often this week, not sure why. Fixed 8 manually last night, 2 more happened overnight. Requires creation of the publish record + updating yt sync record with it.

this is still happening and most likely due to SDK timeout issue.
