Just to double check, the following is correct right?

  • ux -> into the surface
  • uy -> into the B-field direction
  • uz -> into the R direction

Hi @HexSygon - +ux is into the surface in 0D, but the y and z directions are arbitrary.

Is the compound_bca_list_1D_py angle input with respect to the surface normal like how it is for the Sputtering Yields and Reflection Coefficients?
