Mutually exclusive options in the command line utility #1

The command line utility should be aware of mutually exclusive options and an error should be reported when mutually exclusive options are specified.

See libs/program_options/example/real.cpp for help.

The command line utility was simplified, and there are no mutually exclusive options anymore. If the utility becomes more complex again, this should be reopened.
