appId / appKey / hookKey / masterKey 不正确应该返回 401
云函数或 Hook 不存在返回 404
云函数或 Hook 用户 return err 返回 400（不打印异常信息到日志）
云函数或 Hook panic 返回 500（打印异常调用栈到日志）
