API changes:
* `nhds_top`: use `⨅a ≠ ∞` instead of `⨅a:{a:ennreal // a ≠ ⊤}`
* `nhds_zero`, `nhds_of_ne_top` : similarly to `nhds_top`
* `tendsto_nhds`: get rid of the intermediate set `n`.
