Unable to download contentpacks from network - 0.17.0b3 #5357

Summary

It's not possible to download contentpack from network, weather through the UI or with kalite manage retrievecontentpack download. No error in the console or Terminal, but download does not proceed. Link seems correct, for the es.zip Spanish pack in the pantry, but still, nothing happens.
