…when psfex called. It does not look like se is running correctly either as I usually see it count up the sources as it finds them....
…LDAC to 90prime.se, this prevents seg fault when psfex runs and should be correct now

I pulled master into this version, fixed conflicts in bok.py, and pushed to remote. Tested and seems good.
