Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Now the user has to go to "System preferences" to add the app to login items and not many users are familiar with this process.

Describe the solution you'd like
In the preferences of the app I would like to check the possibility to automatically open the app on user login.

I have managed to do this by adding MeetingBar.app to Preferences -> Users & Groups -> Login Items.

maybe https://github.com/sindresorhus/LaunchAtLogin can help? ive never implemented this myself so im not sure

I tried to use https://github.com/sindresorhus/LaunchAtLogin, but after the first attempt and build errors, I postponed it.
