Hi @lemonmade i think it should be useful to add this rules in styles :

.bigfoot-footnote__container { font-size: initial; font-weight: initial; line-height: initial; }

This should avoid to get a blod text when a footnote is in a strong tag, or a h2 like content when the footnote is in a h2 tag.

Any thought about it ?

Any news about this @lemonmade ?

The change looks reasonable, but I haven't had much time to dedicate to this project for awhile.

@lemonmade any news about this patch ? Do you want a pull request ?

I’ll be honest, I am unlikely to have any time to dedicate to Bigfoot going forward.

What do you think about mounting a team dedicated to Bigfoot maintenance ? You could add people as collaborators on the repo (i think i've seen some of them volunteer in the issues list). Or maybe you prefer to transfer the repo ownership to another person ?

I’m happy to accept contributions/ make people collaborators on the project if there is interest.
