Loaded website content is not persistent when switch between sites

Windows 10 x64

This is my first use of Noi. When I try out different sites on the prepopulated left menu, they reload rather than staying persistent.

E.g. if I start a chat in ChatGPT, switch to VSCode, then come back... the ChatGPT conversation is gone, and when I switch to VSCode, my open tabs and folders are gone.

Am I using the browser differently than intended?
