Make Profile Picture (Lenny) the default PFP for all new profiles. #27

Proposed Change

Now that we have the new Lenny Profile Images i think it would be cool to make it the default PFP for all new profiles. This would make Lens more colorful and would lead to less empty profile pictures and nicer looking apps and profiles across all apps.
