Closing isn't really closing the app

As of now, closing the app doesn't quit it and the tray icon at the least is still running, the tray icon sometimes get glitchy in this situation. We need to get an option in the parameters to decide whether close button closes the app or minimize to tray. Also consider having a quit option with Ctrl-Q as shortcut (common feature in many desktop apps) or maybe another title bar button to minimize to tray.

That's not a bug, it's a feature.
Just rightclick the UI and choose Exit if you realy want to exit.

Laragon is a stack and, therefore, has several services running in the background. ensure you stop services, then exit.
right mouse button in the taskbar is your best friend.
