Parts and Colours don't work

Describe the bug
After starting Leo cad the parts and colours weren't there. Then after selecting the option "Piece and Colour Selection" I waited for it to start. Nothing happened. Rebooted Leo cad and did the same thing. same result.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'mouse icon'
2. Click on 'Piece and Colour Selection'
3. See error 'Nothing Happened'

Expected behavior
Leo cad should have started up the piece and colour selection on the right part of the screen so I could start the model.

Version (please complete the following information):

• OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
• LeoCAD Version 23.03

Crash information:
Some versions of LeoCAD will show a message that they saved a minidump file when they crash, if you see this message please attach the file.

that menu entry is a filter that enables you to select all parts with the same color after you've made the selection - this is not a bug
