Describe the bug

The titlebar on Windows 11 seems strange.

To Reproduce

Download the WPF UI demo.
Build and run it.

Expected behavior

Display the titlebar correctly.

WPF-UI NuGet version

3.0.0 - preview (Project generated by WPF UI extension)

Additional context

This happened in my own project and the application 'WPF UI Gallery' in Windows Store

Try setting DPI awareness.

It still has problems with both 2 DPI awareness Settings:

I found that the display is normal when the window is not in focus. But this is what happens when you focus.
