  • EDK II CI: Update Phase 1 details and admin settings https://bugzilla.tianocore.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2315 Update wiki pages providing details of the Phase 1 EDK II Continuous Integration features and links to all supporting documentation. Also provide notes for admins to configure GitHub, Azure Pipelines, and Mergify. The package dependency check originally targeted for Phase 2 was pulled into Phase 1.
