'LexLocker' escrows are deployed on Kali chains.

An integration flow here could be having a proposal preset for CALL that allows a user to request a payment from a Kali DAO by making a milestone escrow deposit.

Further down the line, we might also make it easier for DAOs to pay each other using these escrows, as well as integrate arbitration by LexDAO panel using a Kali DAO.
