Just the lawyer in me thinking about this. If we are assisting anons in setting up LLC's and DAOs, it may be wise to build some sort of waiver or disclaimer into the contract or site. Its a potential issue of liability for LexDAO if we were seen as providing legal services or offering legal advice to anons, who may then purse L3X holders.

What do you think of this for smart contract and UI disclaimer?
These smart contracts are being provided as is. No guarantee, representation or warranty is being made, express or implied, as to the safety or correctness of the user interface or the smart contracts. They have not been audited and as such there can be no assurance they will work as intended, and users may experience delays, failures, errors, omissions or loss of transmitted information. Paradigm is not liable for any of the foregoing. Users should proceed with caution and use at their own risk.
We might then include some legal disclaimer language to this, as well.
Should probably remove the reference to Paradigm. ;) But yes, I think that's a start.
I saw another project that had integrated such a waiver with the MM approval. Let me see if I can track that down. May be worth building into this. At the very least it would be useful for future projects.
