Dear Laurent,
I suspect there is a wrong indexing in line 180 in readMSData.R (
fullhdorder[fullhdorder] <- .fnameshould befullhdorder[fullhdordercounter] <- .fname). Sorry for all the other differences which seem to be introduced by my emacs (deleting all trailing whitespaces).cheers, jo
