I'm getting a bunch of the below errors:

THis happened when I was running annotSV simultaneously for two samples. When I ran them separately I did not get the error.

Ok, got it.
This bug has already been reported: #72

Sorry, I don't have enough time to work on submitting multiple jobs.
My next development will be to add a T2T module. And not in the near future.
