Test datasets

Test datasets. x-all.txt.gz has 66714 nodes and 922862/2 edges. Finding an approximate solution takes a couple of minutes with the default parameter. x-part.txt.gz contains positive weights only and can be decomposed to many small connected components. It is easier and faster to solve.
