Should Spring blocks be spawning in the Nether? #59

I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it's supposed to happen, but I'm having spring blocks spawn in the nether. Here's a screenshot:

If it's supposed to be happening, I suggest removing this, as it looks out of place

The plan is to use a different texture in the nether.
