No showing video screen in iPhone and iPad devices of arm64e-architecture

I'm using SGPlayer, I found some problems.
All of the mp4 files are working perfectly on arm64 devices.
But it not working in iPhone and iPad devices of arm64e-architecture.
Some of the mp4 files do not showing video screen.

And not working in the armv7 devices such as iPhone5(iOS 10.3.4).
The output error message :

SGPlayer is very good.
However, these problems cann't be used.
Would you mind help me?
