Twitter: remove the instance nttr.stream

For Twitter, the instance https://nttr.stream redirects to an ad page that looks like this:

Hence, the instance should be removed from the code, right?

This domain is removed from the official instance lists, or at least has been updated since then.

In my opinion the instance fetcher list is not set strict enough, it should be fetching way more often than 3 days, which iirc it's currently set to.

It's fetched every time you open the settings page. But your own custom list is completely independent from the fetched list. The fetched list is "read only" you can say.
