Strategy were you catch the first navigation page and then you open everything

i would downvote this. most of the devices nowadays (android, iOS, macbooks, and even chrome and firefox browsers on desktop) implement some kind of CPD ("Captive Portal Detection"), that quite likely would trigger that "first packet" but not actually show the captive portal since many of them close the "captive portal window" as soon as they detect internet access is granted.
