By the way, I'm using the latest libtool release, which is adding lt~obsolete.m4

There already is an
m4_include([acinclude/lt~obsolete.m4])
in generated aclocal.m4so why is it adding an additional copy in there? Is it because ours is old and aclocal is
adding the system-installed one?

The thing is my aclocal-1.16.5 doesn't do that, but the system-wide libtool is already old, so I don't know.
