T/D calculation wrong when last point in nav doesn't have an altitude constraint #23

In this case, point n-1 (<sans nom>) has no alt constraint. We could start descending earlier rather than fall like a stone (see above vertical profile).

We should also infer probable altitude at <sans nom> from the descent rate.
