change phrasing on team registration form

the registration form
currently for the friends and avoids list asks:

Are there any friends you would like to be paired with? [...] Are there any players you would like NOT to be paired with?

we (m0r1 and me) believe this is slightly misleading, as it sounds like these are players i would like to play against (or not play against for the avoid list). we believe something like:

List any players that you would prefer [NOT] to be teammates with.

would be better.

additionally, while you are at it, maybe add an example to the note below. people often ask about how this list should be formatted:
