Repeat #3 but applied only to the DLPFC data. You can use https://github.com/LieberInstitute/brainseq_phase2/blob/master/caseControl_analysis_DLPFC.R as a guide. In particular, use the same filters that Andrew used previously in https://github.com/LieberInstitute/brainseq_phase2/blob/master/caseControl_analysis_DLPFC.R#L23-L26.

Save the DE gene data for DLPFC adjusting for the common qSVs (subsetted to the DLPFC samples).
