如果tudou的视频是host on tudou，并且这个视频没有嵌入到其他网站，例如cnbeta, hxx. 那么这个视频差不多就播放不了。

        data = json.loads(get_content('http://www.tudou.com/outplay/goto/getItemSegs.action?iid=%s' % self.vid))

返回的data问空。
