如题，如果N站没有达到殿堂，则检测其它网站（b站和YouTube）是否达到。传说同理。

确实，现在YT殿堂曲加不加好像不同编辑者的规则都不一样。不过这个殿堂曲功能即使要加也要鸽很久，毕竟之前做注音功能的时候越做越多，现在已经变成独立的刷编辑注音机器人了。
