ngDialog appeared on cdnjs. I've updated README, please merge #22

@altmind is it possible to automaticly update ngDialog version on cdn?

Latest module version is 0.1.6 but it is not available through cdn - http://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/ng-dialog/0.1.6/ng-dialog.min.js returns 404..

We need to package ngDialog as npm module in order for auto update to work (described at https://github.com/cdnjs/cdnjs#enabling-npm-auto-update ). This will require some effort.
