Streaming example works OK with CherryPy channel, but Twisted channel does
not work correctly.

This issue seems to be caused by conflicts with pre-installed libraries in OS X.

A fresh install of Python, AmFast, and Twisted in it's own directory works fine 
on
10.5 and 10.6.
