conda-forge package

It would be nice to add a greykite package to conda-forge https://conda-forge.org (in addition to pypi)

However, there's a missing dependency in conda-forge:

• holidays-ext

So holidays-ext should also be added to conda-forge (and LunarCalendar-ext, which is a dependency of holidays-ext).
