CDBA can leave the board powered on #11

If the ssh client was disconnected, cdba can leave the board in a powered on state. It seems we have to handle this somehow.

is this still an issue?

does this happen when e.g. the client loses internet connectivity and a timeout was not specified?

Yes. Most likely we need to handle HUP on the server side, but I have not looked into that.

The cdba-server correctly handles signals / -EPIPE, bug then my external helper prints output, which also causes a SIGPIPE to be delivered to the child process.
