Notes border issue after reboot #84
Comments
Issue still exists in vera, xfce mint 21.1 |
In my case, under Mint 20.3 Mate the bug was occasional, but on relaunch, the notes always repositioned themselves as if the grey border area existed, even wen it is not visible. |
The bug has disappeared under Linux Mint 21.1 Mate and the panels can now stay positioned close to the edge. Edit : see correction below. |
Strange. Did old ones border disappear, or was only new ones even after reboot? |
In fact I realise that the borders only disappeared because I had activated Mate's window composition manager (compton). Otherwise, they are now black (:< Also, I made a mistake. The notes still can't stay near the borders after redisplaying, I must have confused it with indicator-stickynotes also running. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version) |
Borders still appear when using Compiz as my compositor. Linux Mint 21.1 MATE. |
XFCE mint 20.3
Version of notes shown in screenshot.
Problem:
Notes, after reboot and such, shows this weird borders on all of notes. In screenshot, only one is "new" so it has proper borders. Rest of notes is old, so has this border.
Expected:
All notes stay using proper borders.
