@jescalan sorry for the late response! Thanks for reporting. This is related to #95 .
There is a problem concerning auto deduction of incomplete namespace/module definitions.

I will rework the navigation and some grouping / naming decisions made which address the same problem.
I'm in vacation for 3 weeks and then this is the next thing todo for me. Regards
