Drop SlimeEngine in favor of using only QtWebEngine.

Related to #39.

As Oxide is most likely to be a dead project soon (as is Ubuntu Phone), it doesn't make any sense to stick with SlimeEngine any longer. Moving to QtWebEngine is first priority now.
