Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

Not a big deal but it would be nice to augment the user agent with the current lstn version.

Proposed solution

The proposed solution will implement a lightweight telemetry mechanism so that we'll know which lstn version our users are currently using the most.

Additional context

Send the short and long lstn versions.
