Initial release with downloadable pre-compiled files

To install kojo-ai, unzip the libk zip file for your platform under ~/.kojo/lite/
Then (re)start Kojo to activate kojo-ai.

On Windows (7 or later, 64 bit), make sure that the C++ redistributable (64 bit) is installed.
