基本思路为：

新建、修改任务时，在本地将其分词；
将所有分词的结果的哈希后一并提交到服务端；
每当需要模糊搜索时，由本地将查询内容也分词并计算哈希；
由服务端找出所有持有相同哈希的关键词的任务。
