If I try to build and run main branch or 0.8.1 I'm unable to interact with the file browser in livebook, 0.8.0 works fine

I've been using 0.8.0, but in the past when I tried to build and run from main and now 0.8.1, I am unable to interact with the file manager, or any buttons other than the import on the file navigator. I can't create a new notebook either. Switching back to 0.8.0 fixes it, but wondering if I'm missing something in the upgrade or main branch. I'm ususally doing something like

mix clean
mix deps.clean
mix deps.get
mix phx.server

Hey @dantheobserver! It's probably an issue with the asses, you need to either run in production mode MIX_ENV=prod mix phx.server to use the precompiled assets, or run mix dev.setup to install the npm dependencies if you want to run in dev mode.
