Thank you for this amazing theme. It would even be nicer if some docs on how to get started were present (for starters new to the field). And also, am curious on the SEO impacts of using the theme.

@lexxyungcarter I'm very glad that it helped you in your work. I have added some docs about the SEO impacts. The short answer is no, but to use the themes feature the data that it helps you gather should be inputted into the front end app.
