When the user click on the ? icon in Gears a nice interactive demo is displayed.

It could be improved in few ways:

Remove the text "click anywhere to stop the demo" (not useful)
Remove the three icons at right: New document, Cloud and Help (not used)
Use the correct icon for the ? icon in the toolbar (should be white on black, not black on white)
