The openmp wrappers to ATS, which run ATS on the login node, schedule each job to have excusive access to a node.

On alastor, the --exclusive is missing it seems and multiple jobs are sharing anode.

This may be a wrapper issue.

Do not work on this until after the directory re-arrangment that David Bloss is working on.
