[HIP][test-suite] Intermittent failures in InOneWeekend and TheNextWeek HIP tests

The InOneWeekend and TheNextWeek tests in the External HIP test suite seem to fail intermittently.
This shows up as failures with the clang-hip-vega20 builder, e.g. here, but I also oberved it locally on my gfx1030 system, in ca. 5% of a longer series of repeated runs.

The reported failed comparison of the output against the reference is caused by a memory access fault ("Reason: Page not present or supervisor privilege.")
