Add the notion of Plex integration, which can be used to support things like:

Supplying the directory to which videos can be stored in (stretch goal)
Automatically triggering a library refresh when a video has been downloaded

Some information regarding library refresh:

From looking at Python client source, the request to refresh libraries in Plex is GET /library/sections/all/refresh?X-Plex-Token=<plex-token>.

The Plex token can be found using this method.
