Hi, I am new to the field of FPGA's, exploring and learning new things. I have read the entire documentation of OPEN-FPGA, but I did not get clue about how to work. From what I have understood till now it that I will have to write some task file that will call openfpga scripts from there.
My end goal is to program ICE40UP-5K Hinmax UPduino V2.0 board, using openfpga only. I found there is one architecture similar to ICE40 fpga. The
out
file of fabric generation is human readable and cannot be dumped to the board directly. I also tried fpga_bitstream but the resulting .text file cannot be dumped as well. I have pin layout of the board; I can write some physical constraint file if required. Thanks for giving the time to read this query. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
